I got mine from my Mother-In-Law. I also got her Ropa Vieja recipe and her mother's picadillo and boliche recipes.......mmmmm...I had never even HEARD of those dishes until after I got married.....Now we have chicken with black beans and rice once a week or so....It's my husband's "comfort food".
