methods and turning it all into a modern recipe you can use
again and again.

LIFE 62 A Cooking with Flowers H 10 1

represented by the SCA used edible flowers in with items
prepared for general consumption; from garnish to recipe
ingredient.

LIFE 62 B English Printed Cookbooks during the Reign of Elizabeth
C 11 2 Johnnae Llyn Lewis
This lecture and discussion will concentrate
on the cookbooks
printed in England between 1558 and 1603 and what these
volumes can offer the culinary scholars of the twenty-first
century.

The description for my session is a bit off-- I'll only be doing
original sources for an hour (16 page handout though) and then the
second hour will be Recreating the Elizabethan Era Feast which
concentrates on inspirations or information for recreating an
Elizabethan or Shakespearean era feast to remember.

Here's hoping to see people there--

Johnnae llyn Lewis
