[Sca-cooks] galangale

I found fresh galingale at my local New Leaf market -- I don't think they're a
widespread chain, but there are three of them in my area.

I used it last fall in the Andalusian carrot paste recipe.  It didn't taste much
like ginger, but was quite hot.  A little went a long way.
