I cannot think of a cookie or cake that meets your requirements, but may I
suggest sekunjabin, served as a drink (dilute 5:1).

Make it with a flavoured vinegar (black raspberry) and use copiously in
place of Gatorade.  The recipe is in His Grace Cariadoc of the Bow's
Miscellany.
