Thank you for the ref. I I thought that I had read heard that spelt flour was a low no gluten flour, and did not want to make a loaf of rock.

  Why do you need a special recipe for spelt bread?  Spelt is a high gluten 
  wheat that mills a little more coarsely than club wheat.  You can use it as 
  the wheat flour in any bread recipe.  I would recommend trying it in a 
  simple recipe of flour, water, salt and yeast to start.
