On another list, we were discussing most influencial cuisines. One poster
said
she recently read an article in Archeology magazine about ancient cuisines.
Has
anyone here seen the article? Does it go into SCA times or is it more
ancient?

Since the SCA is pre-17th century European, how exactly can you
be "more ancient" than the SCA times?
(And where do all the Persians and Japanese come from?) LOL!
