My husband commented that it kind of reminded him of Brussels sprouts--which
is not necessarily a bad thing!
Now I'm anxious to try it again with a different cheese, as cheddar is not
my favorite. The combo of mozzarella and parmesan sounds wonderful..or
provolone...
Is the store open yet?
