those number are taken from a special on the history channel last sunday
night. so may be a little off.
was a special about the little ice age and it's effects of wine
production between 1350-1850. pre 1350 vines could be grown as much as
300 miles north of current limits.

Someone is doing a lot of drinking for me... i must drink a fifth
of hard liquor every 10 years and one Guiness and a full glass of
wine every five.
