[Sca-cooks] Rice in the oven?

The only change I would make to the directions below would be to advise a
covering of parchment paper instead of or at least in between the rice and
the foil.

Put rice in vessel.  Add twice as much boiling water as rice (by
volume).  Cover tightly with fiol.  Bake 1 hour at 350F or 45min at 400.
   Let stand ten minutes, then uncover and serve.
