actually, it was one i found via this list.  salmon, 
shredded cheese, dry mustard and mustard seed, and a bit 
of milk for moisture.   i may have adapted it a tad.  the 
only ookie part was picking spine bones out of 12 cans of 
salmon. 8)

when i was a kid, a drained can of salmon slathered in 
french's and raw onion slices was friday night dinner 
quite often, so canned salmon doesn't particularly skeer 
me.
