now that i have the image of a bunch o' fish making
doilies... ;)
it sounds a lot like how mom made her salmon croquettes,
subbing bread crumbs for oatmeal. i never could get the
trick of pan frying cone shapes. always had to shmoosh
mine flat.
and we used campbell's tomato soup for sauce.
for those interested, the local smith's (albq, nm) has
bumble bee canned salmon for 10 for $10.00! time for me
to stock up the larder. you might check out your local
smith's if your into canned salmon.
