Right now?  Nothing.  There are no facilities that I would not bring
myself.  That, indeed, is part of why I'm asking -- I have 8+ months
to plot this out, so asking now, so that I can purchase wisely, struck
me as a good idea.
So, assume I'm starting with no facilities, save ground and wood.
