[Sca-cooks] Boar Meat

I would try rabbit, but I am planning on stuffed rabbit 
aready, so I need a different meat.  I'll play with it. 
 Thanks for the suggestions (and information, Bear).  It 
is very helpful.  I'll begin trying out redactions next 
month.  The feast is in January.
