[Sca-cooks] OT - Zingermans

He gave a great talk at the dedication ceremonies for
the Longone Culinary Center at the UM in May. Really interesting to hear
someone outside the SCA get very enthused about Long Pepper.
(Yes, folks Zingermans carries it.)
