I'd go 12 or 16 ounces.  At that it's only a pound of food per person over
several hours.

My friend has foolishly volunteered to do a dayboard for an outdoor event
next May. Primitive site, no running water. Sigh. We hope to get 50 people,
but
it's also possible we might get as many as 100. Who knows?

Anyway, what amount of food (total, by weight) should we be looking at? 5
oz,
10 oz? This will be a long day lunch.
     Devra (who's going to do troll, and just knows she'll end up making
some
of the desserts)
