What about "Smithfield Hams"? Just which Smithfield... Virginia or NC? Regards stews of certain towns and styles there of which is the real "Brunswick Stew"? Is it Bourbon if it doesn't come from Bourbon County? The less said about Maui Wowie the better I suspect. Daniel
