If it's just me? Salmon or tilapia on the George Foreman grill, with sliced 
eggplant and peppers cooked alongside it, with butter and sea salt.

Or a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats. :-)

For the family, pot roast with carrots, onions, and baby redskin potatoes.
