We have an old family recipe, which has been handed down from father to son
for, well, one generation, which is basically ground beef mixed with tamari,
breadcrumbs, garlic salt and chopped onions, formed into patties, served
into hamburgers. The patty is topped by sliced pineapple and a sauce made
from mayo, turmeric and maple syrup.

I'm pretty sure my dad took it from some TV shows, but who cares? Its good
enough and really easy to make, especially in large batches.
