Does anyone have a list of the average weight of the meat part, skin part,  and the bone part as applicable of the average

chicken leg quarter
chicken breast half
chichen thigh
chicken drumstick
chicken wing
chicken heart
chicken liver
chicken gizzard
whole 4, 5, and 6 pound chickens

Any websites with this sort of info?
