[Sca-cooks] parmesan cheese question

Ya, I thought about that.  Well, not too fine.  I am looking at 'Risi e bisi' recipe.  for Rice and peas.  It calls for 1/2 cup freshly grated Parm cheese, mixed in right before serving.   Wondering how much that would equal.
