Uh Phlip, what makes you think something is going awry in the  
Newcastle story, whether Drakey is involved or not?

An interesting idea to keep in mind. I wonder how just blocks of ice  
would do, since they wouldn't leave much evidence... :-)

Wonder if you could hit some of the sightseeing aircraft at Pennsic  
with catapult launched ice balls? Some of these voyeurs are flying  
well below the FAA minimum altitude.
