And do you want to bake?

The Period Demo Center will have its usual bank of 4 ovens, and every year we try to have lots of bread and other thrilling baked goods being prepared so that people can see the ovens in action.    People are always encouraged to come by and play with the ovens, and this year we will need more help than usual.
I (the deputy autocrat) am going to be 9 months pregnant, which will limit my ability to do a great deal of heavy work, and Freydis, one of our most hard working volunteers, has injured her left shoulder and may or may not be able to knead dough.

So I appeal to this list.  If any of you will be at Estrella and want to bake using a brick oven or *learn* to bake in a brick oven please come by the Period Demo Center.
