[Sca-cooks] mincemeat

Good morning,

I am hoping for help finding mincemeat receipts in our period, where the 
meat is preserved, not just chopped up.  The references I have found to 
"minct" pies include most of the ingredients, but not alcohol, or any 
mention of keeping the "minct" mixture before cooking with it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
