What is the evidence for putting milk on porridge, as opposed to cooking the 
meal in milk?  Was adding milk to hot cereal common practice in 1877 when 
the first cold cereal was developed or may not the practice of adding milk 
to hot cereal have grown out of the practice of adding milk to cold cereal?
