[Sca-cooks] Recipe and menu ideas wanted

I agree some of the ideas seem kind of off for people
who can't chew well. Pulled pork and cookies would
be kind of hard on these folk.

Instead of a cookie, how about a cupcake? Even pudding
or jello in them would be nice.

A crab casserole would be good. Crab, bechamel sauce,
sauteed onions and mushrooms, a bit of cheese and
topped with crushed Ritz crackers and baked. Soft and
very tasty.

Maybe a crabmeat ceviche? If the diners can take a bit
of spice, that is.

Crab croquettes, as mentioned would be good.
I also love the idea of the "mashed potato tater tots" idea.

Are these folk mentally or just physically disabled? If mentally
okay, they may appreciate "real food" for a change.
