Moussaka is a Greek dish made with eggplant, and other ingedients, 
depending on the recipe.  The one Phillip uses has ground beef, tomatoes 
and a cream sauce.  It's a kind of casserole.  I'll see if I can find 
his recipe when he gets home...he's due in tonight from California.
