[Sca-cooks] Moussaka?

[Fairy Tale Designs]

Basically an eggplant casserole. Can have beek or lamb as a meat(maybe chicken I don't know) many different versions of it.  Most I have seen are greek, Turkish, Egyptian other surrounding areas.
