[Sca-cooks] Favorite insides for hand held pies

I'd like to experiment with some varied fillings, and was wondering what
people's favorites are.
For period ones I've done
Pork-currant (though I used currant grape raisins, should I have used black
currants?)
Apples
Apples and raisins
For oop ones I've done
Beef-potato
Beef-potato-carrot
I'd like to try some too with
spinach
various vegetables
cheese
cherries
other meats
any other favorites.
