Actually, I like Culinary Ambassador - I'll suggest that.  Currently it
is listed as "global gourmet caterer".  :/

Oh, wait....didn't read thoroughly enough.  Maybe a culinary version of
the
ship's officer that's in charge of purchasing, inventory, etc.  What's
the
term--burser? purser? I'm drawing a blank, but I bet our resident
ship-types
would know....
