Yep. That's why I don't pay too much attention to the "experts". Seems like 
they find out something in some study, and attempt to apply it to everybody, 
totally ignoring the 33% who had absolutely no response to whatever the 
program was.

Individuals can be strange, in their responses to stimili. I know, for 
example, that if I need something in my diet, I'll get cravings for foods 
that are high in that particular thing. Eat lots of them, and the craving 
goes away ;-) Yet, many people don't seem to have this sort of reaction. Ah 
well, works for me...
