Wow 10 feet that is fast. I think I might have found out why though. I had assembled the machine wrong I think. Once I cleaned it and out it back together and just turned it on, it seemed to work better.
But thank you, that is still faster I think. But since I don't plan on making sausages too often, it would be a bit more then I would want to spend.
