I'm roasting one of the 3 turkeys for our TG spread, also baking a salmon for
them what don't eat turkey, making a vat of gravy (3 turkeys worth), creamed
spinach (which may end up sauted with sesame oil and sweet spices), corn
pudding (thanks again, Selene!) and green bean caserole.
It's the green bean caserole's 1st appearance in our family, because I love
it. And if no one else eats it, the more leftovers for me!
