That's IT! That's the one! Thank you, Sandra, for remembering it and having
it to forward. And thank you, Selene, for 'redacting' it in the first place
and sharing it.

(Go figure, the demo I was going to cook it for is cancelled due to
impending horrid weather. Guess I'll have no choice but to cook up all that
chicken for just my husband and I and then hog-out on sauces...)
