I just thought of this possibility, but then remembered you already  
had another cuisine for dessert. However, I thought I'd mention the  
info in this file as an example of how a "traditional" Greek dish  
might not be a period one. However, it is close enough to a well- 
known modern dish that such a dish might satisfy your desire for  
recognizable food.

Actually, there are quite a number of 15th Century Spanish recipes of  
all types. There's even a few in the Florilegium :-) Perhaps you  
might want to consider choosing among them for your regular course  
and choose this baklava-like recipe for a dessert Greek course.
