My copy of Rumpolt, Ein New Kochbuch arrived already!

They said it would take til June, but was only 2 weeks.  Abe books 
Rocks!  The book is incredible!  And huge!  About 8" by 11" and over 
an inch, thick, heavy paper, beautiful reproduction, and nice big 
letters.  It wasn't clear when I ordered but this is the Olms Presse 
2002 edition.  I'm still getting used to the capitals, but the 
Fraktur typeface is easier to read than I was afraid of.

I'm going to work on transcribing the rest of the menus and the 
chicken section, and have decided to upload my translation work in 
progress. Many of the chapters are finished but not proofread, some 
of them just part way.  I'll get back it it when I stop playing with 
my new toy.   I'm so excited!!

Thanks for all the help to Johnna, Kat, Giano, Bear and everyone else 
who has answered questions.  I'm sure I'll have many more.
