[Sca-cooks] Recipe(s) Request

Hi all.  I need to come up with a few very simple recipes that I can include 
with some spices that will be given out soon.  The spices I have so far are

Long Pepper
Cubeb
Grains of Paridise
and may well get some Mace

I only need to have ONE of those spices in the recipe as they will only have 
one of the spices to a container.

Anyone have any ideas including the source?
