My lady turned me on to Cincinnati Chili almost as soon as we started
dating. I admit I wasn't too sure about it at first. Especially when it
just came out of the can. It was different but I found I really like it.

On the way to Pennsic this year we stopped overnight just down
the street from a Skyline Chili. Unfortunately we left too early the
next morning to eat there and it was too late when we passed through
going back. Much to poor Elizabeth's disappointment.

Thanks for the recipe. I'm sure we are going to give it a shot.
