[Sca-cooks] cookie rolling question

Inspired  !!!  Genius !!!   I am SO going to try this this weekend.
 
Course I don’t have a roller for my Kitchenaid … I have a standard hand-crank roller, but I also have two manual operators that will be turning the crank for me.
