Also go and check out the larger bookstores like Barnes & Noble
and Borders. Take a look at their current and new titles in those sections
that might apply. This might be health, diet, medicine, diabetes,
cookery, food, etc.
Note titles that have what you want and take those titles to your
local library and request that they be purchased or loaned in for you.
Also check out http://www.diabetes.org/home.jsp for what they
recommend.
