Question 1 - does anyone know of a supplier for pork belly? Between Andreas Viestad on New Scandinavian Cooking and Ming there are a couple of recipes I'm dying to try.

Question 2 - since my computer no longer likes the Fox webpage or maybe vice-versa, can anyone tell me if there is going to be a 3rd season of Hell's Kitchen and if so when does it start?
