I'm cooking for 160 but was looking at how much to put per
table averaging 8 per. I figured a small cup, maybe I should
go half a cup per table then. You are correct in that it is
doubtful that much mustard would be eaten. 
But I had about a half cup or so at LPT where I debuted it and
the mustard jar was scraped clean by the end of the day. It's
a very GOOD mustard.  :-)
But thanks for the sanity check. I'll go 10 cups which should be
plenty for 160.
