As a native speaker of German, I can tell you 
that this can mean a lot of different things, as 
spelling has not really been standardized before the 19th century.
vorgemelt could mean a lot, as in "schmelzen" -> 
melt; "mehlen" -> to turn in flour; "mahlen" -> as in ground spices.
The following word "Würtz" could mean spices, a 
spicy broth or anything else which gives flavour.
The previous word is wol, which means well.
If you take all of this together, the whole 
expression probably means "put the well pre-ground spices into it".
