[Sca-cooks] Searching for Period Italian Leek Soup recipe

Hello all,

In my preparations for a Twelfth Night feast, I would like to do a Leek
soup. I do have French recipes, and other references, but I could not find a
specific Italian recipe. My feast is an Italian theme. Any help would be
appreciate.
