I understand.  However, I use a combination of mozzarella and provolone
which, with the seasonings, actually does give a lovely flavor...you might
want to try it sometime!  I've been doing it for many years myself, and have
had no complaints.  You might give it a whirl sometime, just for "grins and
giggles!"
