Because most of the medieval European sources don't seem to  
distinguish between "lamb", "mutton", and "sheep", I've set up the  
data files so any searches for one will find recipes mentioning the  
others as well.

Similarly, you don't have to worry about singular vs. plural, or the  
myriad spelling variations of Middle English.

Other groupings:
rabbit / hare / coney
chicken / pullet / capon / hen
duck / mallard
deer / venison / roe

Because much of building the indexes was automated processing it's  
not perfect - some odd errors have crept in.  If you come across any,  
let me know so I can correct them.
