Came across this forthcoming title today:
Fat: An Appreciation of a Misunderstood Ingredient, with Recipes is a
new cookbook that will be released shortly.
It promises "more than 100 sweet and savory recipes using butter, pork
fat, poultry fat, beef fat, and lamb fat."
It's by Jennifer McLagan, who came out with that cookbook titled Bones.
