Not that I'd feel the need to order pizza, but there have been several
events where I've suddenly felt faint during court and needed to eat
NOW or risk passing out. Our events usually start before noon and I
find that I'm having trouble eating enough at side boards, either
because I'm too busy during the day or because the foods offered are
often salty (ham and cheese, for example).

I often bring a sandwich, fruits, bagels, nuts... a can of flavoured
canned tuna has made a few quick lunches as well. If I manage to eat
enough somewhere between 11am and 4pm, I'll be able to wait for feast
quietly even if it's very late.
