[Sca-cooks] OOP - Weird American food?

Hmmmm... not a big fan of rosewater, but do like salt on my watermelon
(doesn't make it taste sweeter to me, but does help you feel more hydrated
on a hot Southern afternoon ;-) 

But sounds like I would like it with orange flower water. :)

Try cubing or balling your melon, and toss it with a bit of salt and a 
couple of dashes of rosewater. The result is absolutely delightful!

(Haven't had it myself for sometime- I react to melons much like I react 
to avocado.)
