My take on it? Just make a rule of not buying them when you do the
groceries. If you don't have them in the house, then it's much easier
not to eat them regularly. Then indulge once in a while when you go
out. Forbidding them entirely is a great way to end up craving them so
much you'll throw the good habits out the window one of those days...
