Well, my experience is limited to the last five to six years and to 
Caid (mostly the Barony of Calafia).

I don't recall any events during my time playing that had feast 
included. It has always been separate as far as I have experienced. I 
don't even recall anyone providing "off-board" seating either. You 
pay for feast or not as you choose and if you don't pay for feast, 
you don't sit at the feast tables.

Of course, this could have been different in another time, this is 
only what I have seen with my own eyes.
